Our Site is hosted by Squarespace. Payments
Payments can be made through PayPal /BACS/ card/ by cheque and we hold no credit card or other personal information. Some details are shared with our payment integrations (PayPal). Payment details are transferred securely (encrypted) and not stored on our systems.

Contact & Communication

We collect and store the information you provide when you register with us, sign up to our newsletter, purchase gift vouchers, and make enquiries.

We keep a copy of any enquiries you submit. This is done for the purpose of them being able to respond to your enquiry or booking request. We use any information you give us to provide you with further details about a course or to assist us in answering your questions or queries. We may also use your email address to send you our newsletter, if you have chosen to receive it (and you can unsubscribe at any time).

Email Newsletter

Our email newsletter informs subscribers about our courses and services.  Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.

If you no longer wish to receive our email newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter or contact rowanmconegal@hotmail.com at any time.

Newsletter subscriptions are taken in compliance with UK Spam Laws detailed in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely. Newsletter mailings and subscriptions are managed Squarespace (a third party company), so the information you provide will be transferred to them for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

You may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website's email newsletter program. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the business address on the contact page of this website.
